Following the enormous success of the previous “Country Giants” albums, we have decided to release yet another great LP for you to add to your collection.
The “Giants” featured this time include some of the best representatives of country music, singing a wide variety of songs yet each bringing out the full flavour and distinctive character of this ever popular country sound.
We have the well known voices of Skeeter Davis, Eddy Arnold, Hank Snow and others bringing into your homes the rich yet uncomplicated lyrics and tunes of some of the most famous country songs like Green Green Grass Of Home and Four Walls.
Of course, no Country album would be complete without the immortal voice of the great Jim Reeves. Here’we have chosen one of his biggest hits Guilty and the beautiful ballad of Old Tige, the loyal dog, sung as only Jim knows how.
This LP, Volume 7 in our series, brings you country music at its best – and the popularity that it enjoys just goes to show that it will remain with us for a long time to come.
