Kallmann himself is a very dedicated and talented musician, playing, among other things, the piano and trumpet. He, in fact, became a vocalist by chance – or to be more exact, it was forced upon him: the soloist with the band was ill, and up stepped Gunter Kallmann to begin a brand-new career.
